This is Marion’s second time participating in our internship program after volunteering in 2019. Marion is finishing her masters and hoping to become a teacher in the near future. Check some of Marion's insights on her experience during her internship. The NGO aims to empower young Indonesian women through skills education, as a means to develop sustainable communities in Indonesia. The education program is built up in two parts: three months of education in English, hospitality, environmental training, safety, sexual education, and three months of internship at one of the upmarket resorts in south of Bali. The goal is to ultimately getting the girls find a steady job afterward.
