High School Internship in Bali
Indonesia Teen Internship – A Supervised Career Exploration Program
A Structured High School Internship Abroad in Asia
This Bali Internship youth program is a supervised high school internship in Bali, Indonesia designed for students aged 15 to 18 who are still forming their sense of direction.
Rather than asking teenagers to decide what they want to become, this program gives them structured exposure to a real international working environment in Bali, Indonesia, combined with daily reflection, guided mentorship, and project development. The office setting becomes a framework for thinking, questioning, and observing how people work, communicate, and make decisions.
Students experience professional life without being expected to perform as professionals. They are supported to explore what genuinely interests them, what challenges them, and what environments bring out their best thinking. This is career exploration in practice, anchored in supervision and developmental awareness.

Week I and Week II
Week One – Professional Observation and Field Exposure
Week One builds foundation.
Students are introduced to office culture, team communication, workflow, and decision making while shadowing a team member and keeping a daily reflective journal.
The week includes a supervised field lecture to a long standing NGO partner in Bali where students observe conservation or community based management in practice, speak with local staff, conduct structured interviews, and document their observations.
This is not sightseeing. It is guided observation. Students learn to separate observation from opinion and translate experience into structured writing.
The field visit leads to interview transcription, a short field report, and discussion on environmental responsibility and community enterprise.
Week Two – Business Exposure and Project Development
In Week Two, students connect observation to aspiration.
Alongside developing and refining their own project, they visit an established business in Bali. They meet managers, observe operations, understand financial sustainability, and ask direct questions about leadership, risk, and growth.
The purpose is to expose students to both social impact and profit driven models within the same ecosystem.
The week concludes with project development, mentoring, rehearsal, and a final presentation in English.
Weekend Cultural Immersion with Supervision
Weekends remain supervised. Students stay under the guidance of the in house Bali Internships mentor and are not navigating independently.
Activities may include a living museum visit, temple visit with philosophical explanation, cultural workshop, traditional cooking class, yoga session, waterfall trek, or guided market exploration.
These experiences are selected intentionally to expose students to Bali as a society shaped by spirituality, entrepreneurship, art, and community.
