Undertake a 20–24 week sustainability internship in Ubud, Bali, focusing on environmental economics, tourism standards, and sustainability metrics. Designed for Bachelor’s and Master’s students, this internship combines academic rigor with applied research, offering academic credit where required.
Interns will engage in real-world projects addressing the complexity of Indonesia’s environmental challenges, contributing from day one to meaningful problem-solving opportunities. The host organization’s long-term strategy is to build a cooperative data-sharing network to help resorts and communities monitor, measure, and mitigate environmental impacts.
Through research and applied practice, interns will support the design of energy efficiency, eco-efficiency, and renewable energy solutions, contributing to sustainability accounting and case studies. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, interns will gain practical insights into sustainable management systems while advancing both academic knowledge and professional competence.
