Description

This non profit preschool and children’s learning center was established by a foundation affiliated with a local Christian school, with a mission to expand access to early childhood education in developing areas. The center focuses on supporting children who face limited educational opportunities, made possible through sponsorship programs and community based fundraising initiatives.

The center currently supports approximately 30–40 children across 4 preschool classes, with each class consisting of around 15–20 pupils. To ensure a nurturing and engaging learning environment, the school welcomes volunteer co teachers to work alongside local educators in daily classroom activities, early learning instruction, and child development support.

This volunteer teaching program is open to a wide range of participants, including students studying education, individuals who aspire to become teachers, retired educators, professionals seeking meaningful engagement, and anyone with a genuine interest in teaching and supporting children. Volunteers contribute not only to academic learning, but also to confidence building, creativity, and emotional development during a critical stage of childhood.

In addition to foundational learning, the program emphasizes character development, moral values, and the introduction of Christian principles as part of a holistic approach to early childhood education. Through consistent guidance and care, the center aims to create a stable and supportive environment that helps children grow both academically and personally.

The center relies on ongoing fundraising efforts, sponsorships, and dedicated volunteers to sustain its operations and continue serving the local community. Volunteer teachers play an essential role in strengthening classroom support, sharing skills, and making a lasting impact on young learners.

If you are looking to contribute your time, skills, and heart to a meaningful teaching experience in Bali, this program offers the opportunity to support early education where it matters most. Your presence can make a real difference in shaping young lives and strengthening the future of the community.
